Product Description:
The DDC01.1-F200A-DS09-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It conditions three-phase mains power, processes velocity and position commands, and supplies regulated current to compatible servo motors on packaging lines, pick-and-place gantries, and other automated axes. An integrated SERCOS command module links the drive to higher-level motion controllers, while the digital servo feedback channel closes the current, velocity, and position loops directly inside the unit.
The power stage is designed for a nominal line supply of 3 × 230 VAC and can continuously deliver up to 200 A to the motor windings. A liquid circuit removes heat generated by switching and copper losses, so the drive stays within its thermal limits through liquid cooling. All control electronics run from a logic supply of 24 VDC, with a control-input current draw of 150 mA that separates low-level interfaces from the high-power section. The enclosure has an IP65 rating, allowing direct mounting on machine frames where dust and water spray are present. The drive permits an absolute humidity of up to 25 g/m³ during continuous operation. Its standard noise emission category covers equipment in the 100 A to 200 A range.
An internal protection circuit trips when the DC bus reaches 475 V or when the current reaches 1.5 times the rated current, helping prevent damage to the semiconductors or motor during line surges or stalls. Ambient temperatures may rise to 55 °C without derating, provided the installation remains below an elevation of 1000 m. The Ud contact threshold is 200 V, which establishes the minimum DC-link level for safe energy discharge. A maximum feedback cable length of 75 m supports motors mounted at a distance from the drive in large automated cells.
