The DDC01.1-F200A-DS01-03-FW servo drive is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It serves as the power and control interface between a PLC and a synchronous motor, regulating the electrical output in response to motion commands and motor feedback. By switching insulated-gate transistors in real time, the unit converts fixed mains power into a variable three-phase output that positions axes with high accuracy in automated handling, packaging, and printing equipment.
The drive accepts a three-phase 3 × 230 V AC supply at 50 to 60 Hz, which feeds an internal DC link that disconnects if the bus voltage rises above 475 V. At rated load, the converter delivers 200 A of continuous phase current, and a bleeder resistor issues an early warning at 75 percent of its continuous dissipation capacity before shedding excess regenerative energy. Analog diagnostics are available through a bipolar ±10 V output that can supply up to 4 mA to external recording equipment. The control electronics operate from the user’s 24 V DC field circuit, which draws 150 mA and provides a +24 V, 100 mA auxiliary supply for sensors. The on-pulse duration is fixed at 100 ms. The ready relay contacts are rated for 24 V DC at 1 A, while the DC-bus relay contacts are rated for 250 V AC at 1 A.
