Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the DDC01.1-F150A-RS06-02-FW, a member of the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. This digital intelligent servo drive delivers closed-loop control to servomotors used in handling systems, packaging machines, and other industrial axes. Within its IP65 enclosure, the drive combines power conversion, motion processing, and fieldbus connectivity so it can be mounted directly on the machine frame and coordinate precise torque, speed, or position without a separate cabinet controller.
The power section is designed for 3 × 230 V AC mains at 50 or 60 Hz and can supply up to 150 A of continuous phase current to the connected motor. An internal monitor trips at 475 V DC on the intermediate circuit to protect power semiconductors, while a fast overcurrent shutdown engages at 1.5 × the rated current to limit fault energy. The bleeder resistor begins dissipating energy once the DC link reaches 75 percent of its permissible level. The standard noise emission category applies to drives rated between 100 A and 200 A. Process heat is removed through liquid cooling, allowing the electronics to operate near the axis without relying on forced airflow.
Drive coordination is handled by the SERCOS interface command module, which exchanges real-time setpoints and status information over fiber-optic rings. The low-voltage electronics receive power from a 24 V DC control supply that draws approximately 150 mA. For analog monitoring tasks, the unit offers a ±10 V analog output rated for 4 mA, enabling direct speed or torque observation through PLC analog cards. Position is verified through resolver feedback, and Function Code 06, Series 1, and Version 1 correspond to this feedback configuration. Two electromechanical relay channels are included for application-level signal switching. The Bb contact is rated for 24 V DC at 1 A, whereas the Ud contact supports 250 V AC at 1 A.
