Product Description:
Bosch Rexroth Indramat designed the DDC01.1-F100A-RS25-01-FW for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. The unit is a digital servo drive that supplies controlled three-phase power to Indramat servomotors, closing the velocity and position loops required in automated machining centers, packaging equipment, and assembly stations. By integrating power conversion, motion control, and field communication into one protected housing, the drive reduces cabinet complexity while providing a scalable axis module for high-precision motion tasks.
The drive can deliver a continuous motor phase current of 100 A, and its enclosure carries an IP65 ingress protection rating that permits installation on the machine frame without an additional cabinet. Thermal energy is removed through liquid cooling, keeping semiconductor junctions within safe limits at this current level. Logic circuits are supplied with 24 V DC and draw up to 150 mA, so they can be connected to a standard control power supply. The internal Ud relay can switch 1 A at 250 V AC, while audible output remains within the standard noise class for equipment rated from 100 A to 200 A. The drive has Function Code 01, Version 1, and Series 1.
Motion commands reach the drive through a SERCOS interface command module that uses optical fiber cables for deterministic, noise-resistant communication with the CNC or PLC. The drive supports resolver feedback from the motor, and the feedback line may extend up to 75 m without signal conditioning. A braking resistor monitor issues a warning when DC-link utilization rises to 75%, allowing the controller to adjust deceleration profiles before an overvoltage condition occurs. Auxiliary control contacts rated at 24 V DC/1 A can energize brakes, status lamps, or interlocks. These contacts provide local control outputs for devices that must respond directly to drive status or operating commands.
