Product Description:
The DDC01.1-F100A-DA07-00 is a digital servo drive. It designed for control of Rexroth MDD series servo motors. A configured drive controller with a digital MDD motor creates a system configuration. The DDC01.1-F100A-DA07-00 is a liquid cooled servo drive. Current rating of the AC drive is 100 Amps and its configuration designation is DA07-00. An alphanumeric status indicator is provided on the drive front panel. This two-digit seven-segment indicator is used for displaying operating status of the drive, motor faults, cable / conductor faults, faults caused by invalid parameters and improper use. Also available on the drive font panel is a 34-pin connector for programming unit connection and a RS-485 / RS-232 interface for serial connections. The drive is compatible with three-phase 380 to 480 Volts AC input (50 / 60 Hertz). Compact housing of the drive combines mains rectifies and drive controller in a single unit.
A single power supply unit can be used to power up multiple drive controllers. Enclosure of the DDC01.1-F100A-DA07-00 is IP 65 rated. Noise produced by the drive at the motor falls in the standard category. Basic unit of the drive contains the software module, a positioning module and slots for up to three more plug-in auxiliary modules. The drive is equipped with a DLC family single-axis positioning module which can be configured to match required motor characteristics. The DLC module offers multiple features including user-oriented programming language, 3000 program blocks such as speed / position control and input parameter error monitoring.
