Product Description:

The DDC01.1-K050A-RS59-00-FW is a servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. This unit is designed to supply controlled three-phase power to synchronous servo motors, enabling position, velocity and torque regulation in automated transfer lines, packaging stations and machining centers. The drive houses its control electronics and power section in one IP65-rated enclosure, so it can be mounted close to the motor and integrated directly into decentralized machine architectures.

Its input side accepts a three-phase mains supply of 3x 230 V (+10%/-15%) at standard grid frequencies of 50–60 Hz. Under continuous operation the power section delivers 25 A of output current, translating into a mechanical rating of 4 kW for matched motors. Switching elements are clocked at a pulse-width-modulation rate of 8 kHz, which reduces current ripple and acoustic noise. For thermal management the internal bleeder dissipates braking energy; it can remove 0.25 kW continuously and channels the excess heat into the finned housing. When the machine runs at maximum load the drive draws up to 6 kVA from the mains, and the protection electronics limit regenerated energy so that it is stored or dissipated safely.

During dynamic stops the resistor network absorbs a peak of 10 kW, while the power stage can supply a transient motor current of 50 A for short acceleration bursts or for duty cycles described by the S6-100 s rating. The energy storage allows the unit to handle up to 5 kWs of returned kinetic energy without external hardware. All components are sealed to a IP65 ingress rating, so dust and low-pressure water jets do not compromise operation.
