The CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-NN-FW is an advanced electric motor control unit produced by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by accurately controlling the speed and position of electrical motors used in the industrial servo system. This industrial control unit is a very flexible device that can be used with metal forming machines, robotic machines, food processing machines, and lots more. The housing unit of this industrial motor provides it with protection according to the IP20 protection class, this housing unit is also specially structured to allow for the direct integration of the motor into the industrial servo system. Although the housing of the CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-NN-FW industrial control unit provides it with complete protection against both solid and liquid foreign substances, for complete protection, the control unit should be installed into an additional control cabinet that can meet at least the IP54 protection class.

The CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-NN-FW industrial control unit is compatible with a wide range of industrial motor encoder designs including the HIPERFACE,  EnDat2.1, MSM motor encoder, MSK motor encoder, 5V-TTL square wave encoder, and the Digital Hall sensor in conjunction with Hall sensor adapter box SHL03.1. The CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-NN-FW industrial control unit features the Multi-ethernet command communication module which controls the exchange of data and information between the control unit and all other parts of the industrial servo system.

The CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-NN-FW industrial control unit features special digital input and output interfaces, these interfaces correspond to “IEC 61131”. The electrical components of this control unit can generate a leakage current of about 3.5 milliamperes, to prevent electrical accidents, the control unit should be connected to a grounding system. The maximum permissible height suitable for the installation of the control unit is about 1000 meters above sea level.
