The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-PB-NN-NN-NN-FW is a compact motion controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. The unit governs velocity, position, and process sequences for connected drives and I/O stations in automated production lines. By placing high-speed control algorithms close to the machine, it reduces network latency and allows coordinated axis movement, camming, and synchronization tasks that are common in pick-and-place, converting, and material-handling equipment.

Its primary regulation loops run at a current control cycle of 62.5 µs and a position control cycle of 250 µs, giving deterministic response for servo applications that demand tight following error. The controller draws only 17 W from the 24 V cabinet supply, limiting thermal dissipation in densely populated enclosures. Local signaling is handled through 11 digital inputs, 2 analog outputs, and 5 configurable DI/O lines that can be assigned to triggers, probes, or status flags as required. A Multi-Encoder Interface supports EnDat, Hiperface, and resolver feedback, while three optional slots accept communication or safety plug-ins.
