Product Description

CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-L3-NN-NN-FW is a single-axis control section from Bosch Rexroth’s CSH02 series. It is a separate component that is plugged into the power section. As a standard, Bosch supplies drive controllers ex works as a complete device including the control section. Control sections and power sections can also be ordered separately. The respective firmware package has to be ordered separately for control sections. Typical applications for Bosch controllers based on CSH control section are handling and mounting systems, paper processing machines and machine tools. Each drive component is marked by a type designation. There is a type plate attached to all devices. The control section type plate and firmware type plate are attached to the control section. Operators or their staff must inspect equipment at time of delivery. They must also verify specifications listed on the type plates.

Any piece of equipment found to be damaged must not be installed. Similarly, equipment with specifications that don’t match the operator’s order must also not be installed. Rather, equipment with incorrect specifications must be returned to the supplier. The control section supports SERCOS III master communication. SERCOS III is a high-speed communication protocol. It operates over Ethernet and uses a master-slave architecture. There three optional slots on the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-L3-NN-NN-FW control section. Two of these are equipped with multi-encoder interface modules and the third slot is equipped with a safety module that supports safe torque off (STO). The multi-encoder interface supports encoders installed on MSM and MSK motors. In addition, it supports several other encoder that are designed for 5 Volts and 12 Volts supplies.  In addition, this module supports Hall sensor box and digital Hall sensor in combination with a Hall sensor adapter box. Power consumption of the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-L3-NN-NN-FW is 17 Watts.
