Product Description

One of the most revolutionary product lines created by Bosch Rexroth is its IndraDrive family of products. Its IndraDrive drive system comprises a wide range of components designed to promote efficiency in various applications. The CSH control sections in this system are part of drive controllers used to control and monitor electric motors.

The CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-MA1-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a compact single-axis control section in Bosch Rexroth’s CSH series. This configurable model features a Multi-Ethernet module, facilitating its integration in multiple internationally recognized Ethernet field bus systems, such as ProfiNet, SERCOS III, and EtherCAT. It has LEDs that provide information on the data transmission status and its connection to the network. These are useful for identifying and resolving faults. The CSH model also has an Analog I/O Extension, providing it with analog channels of better resolution. It is used to increase the number of analog channels with options like 2 differential analog input channels (±10V) and 2 analog output channels, each of 12-bit resolution. It supports the use of firmware, but this should be ordered separately.

Communication between the CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-MA1-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW and other system components is also supported by the cross communication interface complying with the IEEE 802.3 standard. Another interface on the control section is the standard encoder evaluation interface, designed for encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. These encoders include the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. Operating the control section can be done at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz.
