Product Description

Bosch Rexroth creates highly functional products to meet various automation needs. Its CSH control sections are components of IndraDrive drive controllers used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. They are used in handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, and printing and paper processing machines.

The CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-ENS-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable single-axis control section in the CSH series by Bosch Rexroth. It is compatible with encoders with a supply voltage of 12V via its two standard encoder evaluation interfaces. Each interface is the D-sub type with 15 poles, and it supports encoders like the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface. This control section is built with a standard control panel for triggering basic commands. The control panel has a single-line display and operating keys to set the drive address, establish the position data reference, and set the analog outputs.

There is a cross communication module in the CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-ENS-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW for facilitating its interaction with other system components. The module corresponds with the IEEE 802.3 standard. Another interface in the control section used for communication is Multi-Ethernet. It allows the integration of the drive controllers in different Ethernet field bus systems such as SERCOS III, EtherCAT or ProfiNet. Its Safe Motion interface protects users and the machine by offering different safety functions. They include safe maximum speed, safe door locking, safely-limited increment, and safely-monitored position. The CSH model can be operated at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz.
