The CSH01.2C-SE-EN1-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW model is an advanced control unit engineered by Rexroth Indramat. The CSH01.2C control section comes in a compact size and standard shape to allow hassle-free installation, maintenance, and repair. This model is configurable and must be placed in free airflow to allow natural convection. The control unit allows switchable frequencies in the range of 2 to 16 kHz. For efficient data transfer and reliable operation, this device is featured with a SERCOS III master communication which is an Ethernet-based upgrade of the SERCOS II. The CSH01.2C control section is safe to be operated in a temperature range above 0 and below +40 degree Celsius. To make compatibility with various motor encoders, this model has a dedicated connection point (X4) on the control board. This port allows connection with the encoder HSF/RSF. This is a single-axis model and can be easily installed in the desired mounting position owing to its compact size.

The model CSH01.2C-SE-EN1-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW needs firmware installed prior to operation. The firmware is not included in the package and needs to be ordered as a separate sub-position from Wake Industrial. It comes with a number of digital input and output ports to ease connections with peripheral devices. This device uses a cross-communication technique to drive the motor precisely and offers maximum data output. A standard control panel is included in the package which allows quick setup and operational control. The single-line display on the panel is an advantage when required to see the error logs and operational values.
