Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive platform is a versatile and highly advanced motion control system designed to meet the needs of a wide range of industrial applications. One of its components is the drive controller with two essential parts: the power section and the control section.

The CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-EN2-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is a compact and versatile single-axis control section in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a PROFIBUS communication module that enables seamless interaction with other components of the drive system. This module facilitates the transfer of specified and actual values, including status signals, and diagnostic messages in a cyclical manner. The control section also comes with a cross-communication module that complies with the IEEE 802.3 standard. Its standard encoder evaluation interface supports encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. These include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, and the MSK motor encoder.

User safety is assured in the CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-EN2-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW, thanks to its starting lockout feature that meets the standard of stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1. It has another encoder evaluation interface for encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. A standard control panel in the CSH model can be used for its configuration. It has four operating keys for navigating its functions and a single-line display, where its operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings can be viewed.
