Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive controller consists of two essential parts: the power section and the control section. The control sections of the CSH series are single-axis devices that meet high performance demands. Their applications include handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and packaging machines.

The CSH01.2C-CO-NNN-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a CSH control section in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It has a maximum pulse width of 100ms and a typical inrush current of 4A. Its DeviceNet/CANopen interface allows it to interact with other system components for a highly synchronized operation. It also has a cross communication interface that further enhances this synchronism and ensures fast and secure information transfer. The serial interface (RS232) on this CSH model has eight poles and can be used for its programming, parameterization and diagnosis during commissioning and servicing. These operations can also be initiated using the user-friendly IndraWorks software tool by Bosch Rexroth.

Firmware use is allowed with the CSH01.2C-CO-NNN-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW, but it must be ordered separately. Its connection points have spring terminals and screw terminal blocks to provide a secure connection and ensure reliable performance. The configurable CSH model has an intuitive standard user panel with a single-line display and operating keys. Information like the operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings are shown on this display. Its operating keys are used to trigger simple commands. Some functions that can be achieved with this standard user panel are setting the analog outputs, establishing the position data reference, setting the drive address, and initiating the basic loads default procedure. As a product of category C3 per IEC 61800‑3, the control section should be operated in industrial areas only.
