The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-NNN-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW product is an advanced control section from the CSH family of high-performance and long-lasting motion control units developed by Rexroth Indramat. The CSH01.1C control section communication is based on the SERCOS interface. This is a standard interface without the Ethernet method. The module comes with an option of IndaDyn, HIPERFACE, 1Vpp, and TTL. The control section is safe to be operated at a temperature above 0 to +40 degree Celsius. The module is compatible with various motor encoders which makes it one of the most preferred control units. The CSH01.1C control section is used along a power section attached to a control panel to form a drive controller. The drive controller is used to monitor and control the output of the motor developed by Rexroth Indramat.

The model CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-NNN-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW is featured with a single-line display attached to the control panel that comes with the package. The control panel interface has a separate connection point named H1. It should be plugged in before turning ON the control panel. The device contributes to the safety of the drive system and comes with a starting lockout feature. The connection point X41 on the control board is dedicated to this feature. The control unit (CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-NNN-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW) firmware needs to be separately ordered from Wake Industrial. Note that this device has a separate connection point for the memory card slot. The memory card of the module can be used to store the programs for different functions.
