Product Description

Control sections and power sections comprise the drive controllers in Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive system. The compact control sections are plugged into the power sections. Some target applications for these drive controllers are handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and paper processing and printing machines.

The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section in the ADVANCED range designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is designed with a compact construction that simplifies its handling; hence, it can be easily mounted and dismounted. However, this should not exceed 20 times. The communication module in the control section is SERCOS, guaranteeing maximum dynamics and precision. It also has a short cycle time required for the transfer of all target and actual values between the control system and control units. This module also allows the drive controller to be connected to higher-level control units. Fiber optic cables are used for such connections to prevent electromagnetic interference. The CSH control section’s permitted switching frequencies are 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz.

Safe Motion in the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW provides several application-related safety functions, including safely-limited speed, safe door locking, safe diagnostic outputs, and safe parking axis. It features a standard control panel with a single-line display and four operating keys. This is used to set the analog outputs, access the data memory, establish the position data reference, and initiate the basic load defaults procedure. Its two encoder evaluation interfaces support encoders with supply voltage ratings of 5V. Examples of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track.
