The Bosch CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MD2-L1-S-NN-FW is a CSH series control unit. It is a component of IndraDrive controllers. Bosch supplies a product manual with each of its products. The manual contains relevant safety and operating instructions. Contact with control section parts conducting voltages above 50 Volts can cause personal danger and electric shock. When operating components of the electric drive and control system, it is unavoidable that some parts of these components conduct dangerous voltage. Only qualified persons should operate, maintain and/or repair the components of the electric drive and control system. Personnel must follow the general installation and safety regulations when working on power installations. Before switching on, the equipment grounding conductor must be permanently connected to all electric components in accordance with the connection diagram. Even for brief measurements or tests, operation is only permitted if the grounding conductor has been permanently connected to the points of the components provided for this purpose.

Personnel must wait 30 minutes after switching off power to allow live capacitors to discharge before accessing an electric component. Measure the electrical voltage of live parts before beginning to work to make sure that the equipment is safe to touch. Personnel must never touch electrical connection points of the components while power is turned on. Plug in connectors must not be removed when the component is powered on. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MD2-L1-S-NN-FW supports several features including SERCOS master communication, an encoder HSF/RSF module, a digital I/O extension module with SSI encoder interface and a safety module with starting lockout. Personnel can use a standard control panel for monitoring and configuration. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MD2-L1-S-NN-FW control section cools via convection cooling. It requires 0 to 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature.
