CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is an industrial control unit. It is designed for IndraDrive controllers. The control unit, a power section and firmware combine to form a complete IndraDrive controller. Bosch develops different control units for controllers: these differ with regard to their configurability, available interfaces and  cycle times or switching  frequencies. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section. It is configurable and compatible with a standard control panel. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is not compatible with a comfort control panel. An integrated RS-232 interface allows connection and communication with serial-enabled devices. The supported current control cycle times include 62.5 and 125 microseconds. The supported velocity control cycle times include 125 and 250 microseconds. The supported position control cycle times include 250 and 500 microseconds. The minimum SERCOS cycle time supported by the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is 250 microseconds.

The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW supports a wide range of switching frequencies including 2, 4, 8 12, and 16 kilohertz. Four optional modules are installed on the control unit. Three of these are encoder modules ad one is a safety module. The safety module supports safety technology I/O. One of the encoder modules supports encoder emulation. The other encoder modules include encoder HSF/RSF and encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface. An integrated SERCOS interface is available on the control unit. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW mounts on a power section. It is designed for vertical mounting. The working temperature range is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The cooling method used for heat dissipation is natural convection. Use of the control unit outside the recommended temperature limits leads to performance degradation. Improper use of the unit can also lead to component failure. Only qualified personnel should handle and operate the device and associated accessories.
