Product Description

Building a high-performance drive system like the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system requires the use of state-of-the-art components. One of these is the drive controller consisting of a control section and power section. They are used in food processing and packaging machines and printing and paper processing machines.

The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is one of the single-axis control sections in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It has an interface for Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation; hence, it is ideal for encoders with supply voltages of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. With its standard encoder evaluation interface, it also supports encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Some of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines. It communicates using the SERCOS bus system, allowing the drive controller to be connected to higher-level control units. This connection is done with fiber optics cables, and its data rate and transmission power can be adjusted using the standard control panel.

An Analog I/O Extension is present in the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW to increase the number of analog channels and to equip it with analog channels of better resolution. The CSH control section’s standard control panel features a single-line display and four keys for implementing different functions. These include setting the drive address, navigating the error memory, and starting the basic load defaults procedure. As a product of category C3 per EC 61800‑3, the control section should be used in industrial areas only. When used in residential areas, measures of interference suppression must be adopted.
