Product Description

The Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is a state-of-the-art automation solution suitable for various mechanical requirements. It comprises a series of advanced drive controllers, servo motors, and motion control units. The Rexroth drive controllers are designed to monitor and regulate the functioning of servo motors. Their vital components include control sections and power sections. These drive controllers are used in machine tools, packaging and food machines, handling and mounting systems, and printing and paper processing machines.

The CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is a CSH control section model. It is in the ADVANCED range and can be configured for specific operations. This device also features four combined I/O that function as either a digital input or digital output. Its encoder emulation interface allows for the emulation of absolute value and incremental encoder signals for additional evaluation by the control section. This CSH model is equipped with a SERCOS III interface which functions as its communication module. Its pulse switching frequencies include 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. The safety technology in the control section is Safe Torque Off.

The use of firmware is enabled in the CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW,  although it is purchased as an independent sub-item.  This control unit also has an encoder evaluation interface that allows the connection of encoder systems with a supply voltage of 5V.
