Product Description

Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive controllers are innovative devices with numerous applications. They are vital components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system and are employed in tracking and controlling motor operations. Typical applications of the IndraDrive drive controllers include handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, and robotics.

The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section model in the IndraDrive drive controllers.  It belongs to the CSH series and is in the ADVANCED range. It features a standard encoder interface used to evaluate encoder systems with a supply voltage of 12V. Examples of such encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface interface and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1. This control unit is also configurable and designed for single-axis operations. It is commissioned and operated using a standard control panel with a single-line display. The user panel is used to perform vital functions such as accessing the error memory, starting the basic load defaults procedure, and establishing the drive address.

Operating the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW at various pulse switching frequencies of 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz is allowed. The control section has an encoder emulation interface that emulates the absolute values and incremental encoder signals for further evaluation by a control unit. It features four combined I/Os, which can function as digital output or digital input. It is a product of category C3 per IEC 61800-3, meaning that it is best used in industrial applications. It also possesses two digital inputs, which can operate as one analog voltage input. This control section allows the use of firmware and is equipped with a parallel interface with 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs.
