Product Description

Drive controllers in the intelligent Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth are composed of two essential parts. These are the power section and the control section. The control sections in the CSH series are ideal for operations that require high performance and dynamics. Some of these applications are printing and paper processing machines, handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, and machine tools.

The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section model of the Design 1 type in Bosch Rexroth’s CSH series. Its interfaces include a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface and an encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a 5V supply voltage. The Resolver and HSF interface suits encoders with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak. Examples of these encoders are digital servo feedback for MHD motors, the Resolver encoder interface for MKD motors, and hall sensor box SHL01.1. The parallel interface is another module in this control section with 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. These inputs and outputs are arranged in groups of four inputs and four outputs each.

Using the simple and user-friendly IndraWorks platform, the CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW can be commissioned and assessed for faults. Alternatively, the standard plug-in operator panel on the control section can be used. It has a single-line display where users are guided through relevant steps for its operation. This control panel can be used to perform operations like setting the drive address and analog outputs, initiating the basic load defaults procedure, and establishing the position data reference. User safety is also ensured in this CSH model with its Safety Technology I/O module that supports several application-related safety functions.
