IndraDrive controllers are designed and developed by Rexroth. These controllers are composed of two essential parts which are the control section and power section. The control section component is connected to the power section. A standard drive controller is delivered with a control section. Control sections can as well be delivered separately in exceptional cases. When a control section is supplied separately, it is supposed to be mounted only by individuals who have been trained by Rexroth. Such individuals are also responsible for the dismounting of the control sections whenever the need arises.

The control sections need to be handled carefully as they can easily get damaged. When exposed conductive parts e.g. tools, human body, etc. come into contact with the control sections, they need to be discharged by grounding. If human body comes into contact with a control section, it can be discharged by a touch on a conductive grounded item. To discharge tools or any other conductive components that are coming into contact with a control section, an individual needs to put them on a conductive support.

The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section part created by Rexroth which is mounted to a drive system. This part is among the advanced control sections and can only be dispatched or stored in conductive packaging. This part is recommended to be mounted as well as dismounted for at most twenty times. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW has a type plate that shows its type, barcode, production week, part number, hardware index, and serial number. This part is also available with a configurable single axis. Additionally, this device has IndraDyn encoder, standard control panel, and PROFIBUS-based interface. Furthermore, the firmware of this control section is ordered as a separate sub-position.
