Product Description

The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW control section offered by Bosch Rexroth has a CCD module at its X10 connecting point for cross-communication. This interface functions as a master for cross-communication and adheres to IEEE 802.3 standards. It features 100Base-TX Ethernet connectivity. The advanced section uses an encoder with 12V supply voltage for standard evaluation. The product supports connection with screw terminal blocks by using wire ends that do not have ferrules. The device has a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 250µs. It is possible to connect two connectors in only one terminal connecting point of this control section by using wires with the same cross-section.

The product portrays a power consumption of 7.5W at 24VDC. The device also features a typical inrush current of 4A and a maximum pulse width of 100ms. The unit is equipped with an RS232 serial interface for diagnosis, parameterization and programming during commissioning as well as servicing. Its CCD module encompasses two LEDs each for its link and data transmission status. The link LEDs light up in green when a network connection is available while the status LEDs are illuminated in yellow if there is active data transmission. The connection of the section with the CCD module must be done with a cable that complies with CAT5e specifications and has an ITP shield. 

The section features a starting lockout mechanism that is in compliance with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1 specifications. This connection is established at the X41 connecting point through a 9-pole female D-Sub device. The product is associated with two current control, position control and velocity control times. The device is compatible with two variants of memory cards. The electrical connection points in this unit are never meant to be touched when it is powered ON.
