Product Description

The Bosch CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is a CSH series control section. Multiple optional modules are installed on the unit. A safety module that support the safe torque off safety function is installed on the unit. This module has a D-sub 9-pin female interface. Stranded copper wire with 0.25 to 0.5 mm2 cross-section can be used with this module. An optional module that supports digital I/O extension with SSI encoder interface is also installed on the unit. This module supports 16 digital outputs and 16 digital inputs. The digital inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated from the control panel. The inputs and outputs are available through a D-sub high density interface with 44 pins. The SSI encoder is available through a RJ12 interface with 6 pins. The maximum line length depends on the SSI clock frequency: it is 75 meters at 125 / 250 / 500 kilohertz and 40 meters at 1000 kilohertz.

The connection to the SSI encoder is comprised of two segments: the first segment is a 1.5-meter cable from X16 to the coupling element and the second segment is an adapter cable between the connection cable and the encoder. A third module that is installed on the CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is an encoder HSF / RSF module. This module enables use of the control section with motors that support resolver feedback or digital servo feedback. The CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW supports Profibus master communication. A terminating resistor that is part of each Profibus connector must be active on the first and last node on a Profibus network. The CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is normally supplied as part of an assembled IndraDrive drive controller. When supplied separately, it has to be mounted onto a power section.
