Product Description

The CSH Advanced Control Section series from Bosch Rexroth is designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. These devices are typically used for handling and mounting systems, packaging & food machines, printing & paper processing machines, and machine tools. When it comes to performance and dynamics, they meet very high demands. They have a wide range of control communication options and encoder interfaces. The CSH01 control sections have a compact design and can be easily configured to achieve the desired function.

The CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable single-axis control section. It has two analog outputs and can be operated at switching frequencies up to 16 kHz. The control section’s primary encoder option is HSF/RSF, its secondary encoder is EnDat 2.1/ 1Vpp/ TTL, and the tertiary option is encoder emulation (MEM). The encoder emulation interface copies the absolute value and incremental encoder signals for future evaluation by the control unit. The firmware for this device is purchased as a separate subitem. It has an optional multimedia memory card slot for reading and storing data from the firmware, drive parameters, and operating data.

A standard control panel is present on the CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW control section; it has a single-line display and shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. With the standard control panel, users can check the error memory, set the analog outputs, establish the position data reference, and start the basic load defaults procedure. The power consumption rating of the CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is 7.5 W, and this applies to the combination of the basic component and optional equipment. It has an operating temperature of up to 45° C.
