Product Description

The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-NNN-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is one of the latest and most sophisticated industrial control devices designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of industrial motors over a broad speed range. This industrial control device is designed for single-axis position control;  however, it connects to various sensors and actuators that allow it to immediately detect any operational anomaly in the industrial servo system. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-NNN-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW industrial servo system requires connection to some additional components for optimum operation; examples of these components include the electric motor containing a motor encoder, transformer, power-switching devices, power supply unit, and electric cables. All these additional components must meet the quality standards as stated in the documentation of this controller.

The exchange of digital signals between this drive controller and all other parts of the industrial servo system is done according to the multi-ethernet communication protocol, which is renowned for its high speed and efficiency. Also, this industrial drive controller contains the MD1 digital input and output extension; this communication extension makes available 12 digital inputs and about 8 digital outputs. The electrical voltage required by the digital inputs that enter into the MD1 connection interface falls between 19 to about 30 volts, while the maximum electrical that can be used by this interface is about 0.1 Amperes for the digital output groups; however, the maximum current that can be used by the digital output grout is about 1.2 Amperes.

The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-NNN-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW industrial drive controller regulates its internal temperature via natural convection; however, an external air blower can be installed to facilitate this temperature regulation system. Although this drive controller is designed to be operated at an ambient temperature of 45 degrees Celsius, if it is not required for immediate operation, it can be stored at a temperature as high as 75 degrees Celsius.
