Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-NNN-MD1-L2-S-NN-FW advanced control section supports a maximum of four digital outputs. The product also features one normally open relay contact. The device does not comprise any option module that is fitted on its X8 connector. This unit must be accessed only after half an hour of switching OFF its power supply so that the live capacitors get discharged fully. It has to be protected against penetration of water and other foreign objects. The EN2 encoder incorporated in the X4 connector of the section comprises a DC load resistance of 35 Ohms. The signal assignment of this encoder to the input is based on clockwise rotation.

This control section must neither be mounted nor dismounted for more than 20 times. The product comes with two analog outputs. The device comes with a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 250μs. The unit is not designed for operation outside the ambient operating conditions specified by the manufacturer. Its operation must take place only if the application adheres to the relevant national EMC regulations. The drive controller featuring this section may move dangerously if there is a fault in the way the connected motor is controlled. This advanced control section is sent to the desired destination in custom military-grade packaging.

The digital inputs of the product that function as probe have a 2A minimum current rating and a maximum 5A current rating. The digital outputs of this device adhere to IEC 61131 specifications. These outputs feature high-side switches that allow them to supply current but not sink it. Its relay contact comes with a 24VDC voltage rating and 1A current rating. The sixth and seventh digital inputs of the unit are capable of functioning as analog inputs. The X2 connector has a RS 232 serial interface with eight pins.
