The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section. It is the intelligent component of Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn drive controllers and handles all processing and control functions. The control section mounts on a power section to form a fully assembled drive controller. Each CSH series control section has three slots for optional plug-in modules and one slot for a safety module. This architecture leads to a highly flexible drive controller that can be adapted to multiple configurations. The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW comes with two optional plug-in modules and one safety module. The option 1 slot on the control section contains an encoder HSF/RSF module. The option 3 slot on the control section contains a digital I/O extension with SSI encoder interface module. The safety module slot contains a safe torque off module. The option 2 slot on the control section is empty and can be used for other plug in modules.

All the slots for the optional modules and communication interfaces are situated on the front panel of the control section. The slot for a memory card is also provided. The master communication on the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is multi-Ethernet. The control section requires 24 Volts DC input power. The power consumption of the unit is 7.5 Watts.
