The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-ENS-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW advanced control section incorporates two analog outputs with 5V and 1mA voltage rating and current rating respectively. This Bosch Rexroth control section also has a maximum current rating of 1.1A for its digital inputs. The product supports a RS 232 serial interface on its circular X2 connector with eight pins. The electrical connection points of the device must never be touched when it is turned ON. The unit is a part of a drive controller from the manufacturer with more than 3.5mA leakage current rating. It has a separate type plate apart from the one on the drive controller. The section has a minimum of seven digital inputs.

This product comes in a standard design. The device incorporates a safety option by means of its X41 connector. The number of digital inputs as well as outputs of the unit can be expanded to 12 digital inputs and eight digital outputs with a voltage rating of 24V. The digital outputs are segregated into two groups with four outputs in each group. The HSF /RSF encoder on the X10 connector of the control section offers digital servo feedback for the manufacturer’s MHD product group of motors and resolver feedback for the MKD series of motors.

The control section is associated with current control cycle times of 62.5μs and 125μs. The product is installed in upright orientation in the related drive controller. The drive controller with this device is never to be operated if its emergency stop switch is not working. It has to be programmed prior to commissioning for the motor to execute the application-specific functions correctly. This control section is prone to damage if handled inappropriately. This unit should always be stored in a clean and dry place. The section is available with warranty support for one year and delivered through a reputed freight carrier network.
