The Bosch CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is a control section for Rexroth IndraDrive controllers. Different types of control sections are available that differ in their configurability, available interfaces and cycle times or switching frequencies. The basic type includes sections with basic open loop characteristic that are not configurable, sections with basic SERCOS characteristic that are not configurable, sections with basic Profibus characteristic that are not configurable and sections with basic analog characteristic that are not configurable. The basic universal type includes sections with basic universal characteristic that are configurable. The advanced type includes configurable single-axis control sections. The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section. The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW has one configuration slot for safety technology and comes with support for the “with starting lockout” safety option. Other options that are installed on the control section include encoder and encoder emulation.

Master communication on the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is CANopen/DeviceNet. The integrated control panel on the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-L1-  S-NN-FW is a standard panel. A separate type plate for both the control section and the firmware is attached to the controller. The information on the type plate can be used to quickly obtain information about installed hardware and firmware. This information should be verified when the shipment containing the ordered equipment is received. Information on the type plate is also helpful when spare parts or accessories have to be ordered. Firmware for the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW has to be ordered separately from the hardware. The reason for this is that each customer application has a different set of requirements and Bosch wants that the firmware ordered should be the one that supports all the required features. Only trained and qualified personnel should install the control section and related devices.
