Bosch Rexroth manufactures a series of products that include drive controllers, operator panels, and supply modules.

The CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW model is highly recommended by our international clients. The model is specially designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the functions of the attached electrical motor. The drive controller can be configured by installing various modules in the slots of the drive controller. The CSH01.1 drive controller is engineered to make an electrical connection directly from the 24 VDC power source supplied by the respective power supply module. The controller should only be operated by a person certified in electronics. During mounting, adequate clearance should be provided at the sides, top, and bottom of the module. The module uses CANopen/DeviceNet interface for sharing data and to communicate with the electrical motor and other input/output modules. For high-performance efficiency, the module is recommended to be mounted in the switchgear cabinet of at least the IP54 protection standard. Make sure that the mounting position is free from dust and reactive gases. The operating conditions mentioned in the user manual should be followed.

The model CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW consumes 4 A of current and it consumes 7.5 W of continuous power. The HSF/RSF encoder is placed in this unit for indirect position detection and it also controls the speed of the motor. Slot 2 of the controller is equipped with an analog I/O extension and slot 3 is empty. A standard H1 control panel is placed in the drive controller for displaying the errors and operating status of the drive. The ambient temperature range for this module is 0 to +40 degree Celsius. The firmware of the CSH01.1 controller should be ordered as a separate sub-item.
