The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EM-S4-NN-NN-FW is one of the control section models in the CSB02 series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It has an extended scope interface equipment and is equipped with Muti-Ethernet for communication. This communication module makes it possible for the drive controller to be integrated in bus systems, including EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET IO, and sercos III. It also features a motor encoder interface that is compatible with encoders such as the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with a reference track, sin-cos encoder with a reference track, and the encoders of the MSM and MSK motors.

The safety technology module of the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EM-S4-NN-NN-FW is Safe Motion, and it protects both the user and drive controller during its operation. Its encoder emulation interface can be used to emulate absolute value and incremental encoder signals that are evaluated by the control device. It has a maximum inrush current of 5A and a maximum pulse width of 1ms. Due to its compact and space-conserving configuration, it can easily be mounted and dismounted from the power section that it is plugged into.
