The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-CN-S5-NN-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth CSB series single-axis control section. It is designed for industrial control applications. The control section mounts on a compatible power section to form a drive controller. As a standard, the drive controller is supplied as a completely assembled unit. However both the control section and power section can be ordered separately. The mounting and dismounting of the control section onto the power section should only be done by trained personnel. To prevent equipment damage, the number of times that the mounting/dismounting activity can be performed is limited to 20. The rated input for the control section is 24 Volts DC. The device has a modular architecture which is comprised of a basic unit and slots for optional equipment. The options that are installed on the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-CN-S5-NN-NN-FW include a multi-encoder interface, a CANopen module, and safe motion safety technology.

The power consumption of the basic unit is 17 Watts. The CANopen module draws 1.5 Watts of power. The multi-encoder module draws 1.1 Wats of power. The safe motion module draws 2.5 Watts of power.
