Product Description:
The CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-NN-S-NN-FW control section belongs to the CSB Drive Controllers series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is inserted into an IndraDrive power module to create a drive that supervises one mechanical axis by interpreting encoder signals and issuing gate commands to the inverter. Within an automation cell, the module translates high-level motion commands from the fieldbus into precise current, velocity, or position control, allowing coordinated movement of conveyors, handling robots, or processing heads.
This version is configured for a single-axis topology, so all local resources are focused on one motor channel. The master interface is PROFIBUS, giving deterministic cyclic data exchange with PLCs through a dedicated ASIC. Local logic terminals accept a shared supply of 19-30 VDC; this range powers three configurable digital I/O points and five additional dedicated inputs. Each digital output can source up to 0.5 A, enabling direct actuation of small relays or indicator lamps without extra interposing hardware. Network wiring connects through a female 9-pin D-Sub connector that carries differential signals and shield ground in accordance with the fieldbus pinout.
The communication profile complies with DIN EN 50170, and the physical layer follows EIA-RS485, so up to 32 stations can share the same twisted-pair segment at standard PROFIBUS baud rates. A Form C relay provides an auxiliary status channel rated for 24 VDC, 1 A, which is often mapped to drive-ready or fault indication in safety circuits. For primary position feedback, the card excites the EN1 resolver at 4 kHz; the 18.2 Vpp carrier is demodulated internally to deliver absolute angle data, while a second interface can process high-speed serial feedback from linear encoders or resolvers for demanding motion axes.
