Internally, the controller is built for 1 axis, so all gating, current sensing, and position loops are optimized for a single motor channel. Command and diagnostic data enter through the two inline communication sockets labeled X24 P2, X25 P1, allowing direct wiring to the machine bus. Logic circuitry is powered from a separate DC 24 V control supply so that field power outages do not halt parameter storage or network traffic.
