Bosch Rexroth’s product portfolio comprises state-of-the-art drive and motion control units widely used in the global factory automation and drive control market. They are versatile devices with functionality for various industrial purposes. Control sections of the CSB02.5B series belong in the Rexroth IndraDrive system and are plugged into the power sections of drive controllers in this system. They are ideal for industrial applications such as handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, paper processing, printing machines, and machine tools.
The CSB02.5B-ET-EC-NN-NN-NN-NN-NW is a single-axis Bosch Rexroth control section. It belongs in the BASIC control section range and is designed for the HMU05 universal inverter. Its interface equipment is the extended scope, and its master communication module is Multi-Ethernet. With the Multi-Ethernet communication module, the control section can be integrated into various Ethernet field bus systems. These include Sercos III, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and PROFINET IO. The connection point for the module corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard. Also, in line with the IEC 51800-3 directives, this control section model is categorized as a category C3 product.
To ensure that users can achieve application-specific use, the CSB02.5B-ET-EC-NN-NN-NN-NN-NW is equipped with a standard encoder interface for the connection of encoder systems with supply voltage values of 5 V and 12 V. They include MSM and MSK motor encoders, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with a reference track, and so on. This control section model does not feature a control panel and does not support the use of firmware. The value of its maximum inrush current is 5 A, and its maximum pulse width is 1 ms.
