The CSB02.5B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and placed within the CSB Drive Controllers series. It is intended to regulate servo and spindle axes, providing motion commands, fieldbus communication, and sensor processing in automated machinery. This arrangement places axis control, network exchange, and feedback handling on one controller so the machine can coordinate motion and status signals through a single control platform. Network wiring connects through an 8-pin RJ-45 connector for Fast Ethernet traffic, while the ET option supports Sercos III, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and PROFINET IO telegrams.
This controller supplies 11 digital inputs, and the logic-high threshold is set at 15 V so standard industrial sensors can be connected directly. All Ethernet frames are transmitted on a 100Base-TX physical layer, so Cat-5e cabling is adequate for deterministic communication across the control network. Longer encoder reach and high pulse-processing capability help the controller maintain stable feedback handling when transducers are mounted away from the cabinet or when motor speed raises signal frequency. The dedicated power budgets for the ET, EC, and L3 modules keep control, feedback, and safety circuits isolated from axis power during simultaneous motion, feedback acquisition, and network traffic.
