In the ultra-modern Rexroth IndraDrive drive system designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, different drive and control components are perfectly synced to ensure that several applications in automation can be achieved. The CSB02 series is a family of single-axis control sections used majorly in machine tools, handling, mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, and printing and paper processing machines.
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-S5-DA-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth CSB02 control section in the BASIC range. It is built with an extended scope interface equipment and a Multi-Ethernet control communication module. The drive controller with this model can be integrated into multiple Ethernet field bus systems such as EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, sercos III, and PROFINET IO because of the Multi-Ethernet module. The encoder interface on the control section is a standard multi-encoder interface to which encoder systems with supply voltages of 5 V and 12 V can be connected. Examples are the MSK and MSM motor encoders, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference tracks. It also features a digital/analog I/O extension.
Firmware can be used with the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-S5-DA-NN-FW control section, but it must be ordered separately and simultaneously with it. Its maximum inrush current is 5 A, and its full pulse width is 1ms. Its connection points feature spring terminals and screw terminal blocks, and it protects both the user and the machine during its operation with the Safe Motion safety module. The operation of this control section model should be done only in industrial areas. It can lead to the development of high-frequency radio interference when used in public low-voltage mains for residential spaces.
