Product Description:
Bosch Rexroth drive controllers are made of high-quality materials and can be used in different industries. They are designed to manage and control the operation of electrical motors. The drive controllers, consisting of the power section and the control section, are also designed for heavy-duty functions. The control sections are separate components that should not be mounted and dismounted more than 20 times. Like other components of the Rexroth IndraDrive system, they are products of category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3, which means they should not be operated in residential areas.
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-S4-DA-NN-NW is a BASIC single-axis control section with an extended scope, increasing the number of its onboard connection points. Its communication is via the Multi-Ethernet communication module, which allows the drive controller to be integrated into different Ethernet field bus systems such as the EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET IO, or SERCOS III. It has a multi-encoder interface that supports many standard types of encoders. These include encoder systems with a supply voltage of 5 V and 12 V, such as the MSM and MSK motor encoders, encoders with HIPERFACE and EnDat 2.1, and several others.
The safety technology of the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-S4-DA-NN-NW is Safe Motion, and this increases the efficiency of the machine while maintaining a high level of safety. It has a digital/analog inputs/outputs extension which is appropriate for machines performing complex tasks. The maximum input voltage of the digital/analog IO extension is 30 V. The control section operates with firmware, a software that allows the control section to function correctly, and it is purchased as a separate subitem.
