The control section is used along with the power section to complete the larger drive control system. The control section is capable of providing seamless control over position, current, and velocity. This model is a double axis control section with an extended scope. It is a rapid response system due to very short cycle times associated with velocity, current, and position.
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-NN-DA-NN-FW is designed a communication cycle time between 250 us to 500 us. This enables fast and reliable communication with external systems. The current control cycle time of this model is between 62.5 us and 125 us. Similarly, the position control time is between 250 us and 500 us. Due to short values of cycle times, the system can respond to changing inputs in a very short period of time. This model is provided with three optional slots and uses the sercos III and EtherCAT interfaces. The system is also capable of encoder evaluation and comes with a Multi Ethernet ET option. The device comes with 11 digital inputs and is provided with CANopen and Profibus interfacing options. The system has a variety of integrated safety options including safe motion and safe torque off options. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
