Product Description:
The Bosch CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-NW is a modular control section. It is a basic control section with integrated multi-Ethernet communication. Slot 1 on the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-NW for optional modules comes with a pre-installed multi-encoder interface module. Slots number 2 and 4 on the device do not feature modules and can be used for installation of optional modules. Slot 3 on the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-NW is reserved for a safety module and contains a safe torque off (STO) module. The firmware for control sections has to be ordered separately from the hardware. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-NW is designed for IndraDrive controllers. The other components of the controllers are a power section, firmware and a control panel. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-NW can only be configured from a standard control panel or from PC-based software. A standard control panel is only recognized if it is connected before the control section is powered on.
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-NW is designed for single-axis control applications. An integrated RS-232 interface is provided for communication with a programming PC. A number of integrated analog and digital I/O are available including digital inputs, analog inputs, and analog outputs. A range of different cycle times are supported for current, velocity and position control and for communication. The cycle times supported for position control and communication include 125 / 250 microseconds. The cycle times supported for current control include 62.5 / 125 microseconds. The cycle times supported for velocity control include 125 / 250 microseconds. Supported communication options include CANopen and Profibus. Supported safety modules include safe motion, safe motion bus, and safe torque off. Optional modules for digital inputs / outputs are also available. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-NW should be used and operated only by qualified and experienced personnel. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
