Product Description:
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-AW is basic type control section. It is the component that performs the digital processing on IndraDrive controllers. A complete IndraDrive controller has four components: control section, firmware, power section and control panel. Bosch supplies IndraDrive controllers as completely configured units. Sometimes the components may be provided separately in which case the controller has to be assembled. Bosch has made the following two recommendations regarding assembly of controller components: the activity should only be performed by trained personnel and the number of times that a control section is plugged into a power section is limited to 20. The first recommendation is meant to ensure that the activity is performed while following relevant installation and safety instructions. The second recommendation is meant to prevent hardware damage due to excessing mounting / dismounting.
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-AW has a modular design. A total of three optional slots are provided on the unit. These slots are available on the front of the device. An optional module that is installed on the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-AW is a safe torque off (STO) safety module. Two slots do not contain modules and can be utilized for installation of optional modules. Integrated features on the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-AW include a multi-encoder interface and multi-Ethernet communication. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-AW is suited to single-axis control applications. In combination with compatible motors, the IndraDrive controllers are typically used for applications that include machine tools, paper processing machines, handling and mounting systems and packaging machines. Firmware for the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-NN-AW is ordered separately. IndraDrive controllers may not be used if operating conditions do not meet specified ambient conditions or the application is not expressly authorized by Bosch. The general safety instructions should be carefully followed at all times. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
