The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EP-SB-NN-NN-FW is a compact drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSB Drive Controllers series. Installed in a control cabinet, it supplies closed-loop axis regulation for servomotors. It also transmits real-time status data to supervisory PLCs over a Multi-Ethernet backbone, allowing precise motion coordination in automated packaging, handling, and machining systems.
This controller includes differential analog input channels that decode current at 11-bit resolution, while voltage is resolved at 13-bit resolution. Internal D/A conversion steps are set to 24 mV per increment. The unit offers 2 analog outputs for direct speed or torque commands and accepts 3 analog inputs for feedback devices such as potentiometers or load cells. Digital signal handling is extensive, and the front connector presents 11 dedicated digital inputs for limit switches or homing sensors.
