The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EP-S4-EC-NN-FW is a single-axis drive controller card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSB Drive Controllers series. Mounted together with a matching power section, it manages motor torque, velocity, and position while forwarding process data to higher-level automation networks. By combining encoder processing, multi-protocol communication, and integrated safety logic, the unit streamlines motion tasks in packaging lines, handling modules, and other industrial automation cells.

Internal electronics are supplied from DC 24 V, and the logic draws a base of 17 W, making cabinet power budgeting straightforward. The hardware controls 1 axis, and its Multi-Ethernet interface can be set for Sercos, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT, allowing the same controller to fit diverse plant topologies. Diagnostics are aided by Extended Scope interface equipment, which adds auxiliary I/O and oscilloscope functions. For position feedback, the primary port is a Multi-Encoder interface that automatically detects EnDat, SSI, Hiperface, or resolver signals.
