The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EM-S4-DA-NN-FW model is a control section and a part of the drive controller series by Rexroth Indramat. The control section is an integral part of a Rexroth drive system. The CSB02.1 control section comes without the firmware which should be ordered separately. The control section comes with multi-ethernet communication and supports SERCOS III, EtherCAT, PROFINET IO, and Powerlink. This variant has an optional module for encoder emulation extension and a standard operating panel. Only devices mentioned in the CSB user manual can be used with the control section. The control unit features characteristic control cycles of current control from 62.5 - 125, velocity control of 125 - 250, and position control of 250 - 500. The device is enriched with modern safety features like ‘Safe Motion’ to provide a safe operation. Digital/analog I/O extension is provided to extend its functionality towards sensors and other peripheral devices. The CSB02.1 control section offers 11 digital inputs (2 can be configured as probes).
