The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-NN-DA-NN-AW model is a control section and a part of the CSB series by Rexroth Indramat. The control section is an integral part of a drive controller and ultimately of a Rexroth drive system. The CSB02.1 control section comes with the latest hardware and outstanding features to provide the highest level of user-friendliness. The control section comes with multi-ethernet communication and supports SERCOS III, EtherCAT, PROFINET IO, and Powerlink. This variant has an optional module for encoder emulation extension and a standard operating panel. The control unit features characteristic control cycles of current control from 62.5 - 125, velocity control of 125 - 250, and position control of 250 - 500. The CSB02.1 control section offers PWM frequency modulation from a range of 2 - 16 kHz and an incremental step of 2 kHz. The control unit is equipped with 11 digital inputs (2 can be configured as probes). The model should be used in conjunction with accessories recommended by Bosch.
The model CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-NN-DA-NN-AW features 5 digital input/outputs (any configurable). The control section manufacturer has provided 1 x 10V analog input and 2 x 10V/ 0… 20 mA connection points. A multi-encoder interfaces support is provided for the motors encoder systems including MAF, MSK, MAD, MCL, and MS2N. The encoder interfaces like Hiperface, EnDat 2.1, EnDat 2.2, TTL, SSI, Resolver, and more. The product (CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-NN-DA-NN-AW) comes without the firmware which must be ordered separately from Wake Industrial. The device comes with a one-year warranty which is valid only if the control section is used according to the instructions in the manual.
