The CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-NNN-L1-S-K1-FW is a configurable single-axis control section in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. It is equipped with a SERCOS interface for its communication with higher-level control systems. Its connection to the control systems is by a fiber optics cable, and its data rate and transmission power can be set using a serial interface or control panel. It also features an encoder evaluation interface that supports encoder systems, including the sin-cos encoders (1 Vpp) with Hiperface and EnDat 2.1 interfaces, the encoder system of MSK motors, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track.
The safety technology module of the CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-NNN-L1-S-K1-FW is the starting lockout option, and it complies with stop category 0 according to the requirements specified in EN 60204-1. It can be operated at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, and 8 kHz and has a typical inrush current between 4 A and 5 A. Its maximum pulse width is 110 ms and can be used with firmware. This firmware defines the device’s functions but must be ordered as a separate firmware. This control section model is a category C3 product and is unsuitable for use in public low-voltage mains that supply residential areas. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
