Product Description:
The CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the CSB Drive Controllers series. It is intended for industrial automation and controls one servo axis by linking motor hardware to higher-level machine logic. By issuing command pulses and reading encoder feedback, the unit regulates speed, torque, and position for packaging lines, material-handling stations, and other electrically driven axes. Its role is to provide closed-loop motion control for applications that require stable and repeatable axis response.
This version is configured for a single-axis channel, so all power-stage and feedback resources are dedicated to one motor. Command traffic to the parent PLC travels over a fiber-optic link, and the real-time transport layer follows the SERCOS II protocol for deterministic cycle times. The integrated encoder interface accepts sinusoidal 1 Vpp feedback or 5 V TTL signals, allowing direct connection of incremental or absolute devices. Parameter sets and diagnostic files can be copied through the front-mounted MultiMediaCard slot. Digital input and output terminals are available for limit switches, drive-enable lines, and error relays, and an onboard relay contact can handle external interlocks.
The base board includes an analog I/O extension option module that provides additional differential ±10 V channels for reference or process signals. Safety functions are handled externally because this model has no integrated safety technology. Command syntax conforms to IEC 61491 / EN 61491, which supports compatibility with devices that follow the same standard. The controller can be accessed through the RS232 port, while Hiperface and IndraDyn encoder families are identified automatically during startup so the correct scaling can be applied. The standard operator panel shows plain-text status messages and provides manual jog keys for local control.
