The CSB01.1C-S3-ENS-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to operate in combination with a power supply system to form a standard drive controller. This control device is designed under ideal conditions; it can meet the operation requirements of a wide range of industrial production and processing machines such as textile, printing, robotic, and even metal forming machines. The controller combines old motor control knowledge with new industrial designs to form a new standard for industrial controllers. All parts of this controller have been tested and certified to meet international quality standards; this allows the motor to maintain high operational efficiency for more than five years without breaking down. Also, this industrial controller maintains a closed-loop motor control mechanism; this means it can independently correct any deviation of the motor from the pre-determined configuration parameters.
The CSB01.1C-S3-ENS-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW industrial synchronous control unit is a configurable device that features one configurable slot for safety technology. It also contains about 5.8 digital input and 0 to 3 digital output. The current cycle time used by this controller for current control is 125 microseconds; for velocity control and position control, the cycle time is 500 and 1000 microseconds, respectively. This industrial controller can be operated at three different switching frequencies 2, 4, and 8 kilohertz.
